1. The speed of the white steel knife should not be too fast.
2. For copper roughing, use less white steel knives, and more flying knives or alloy knives.
3. When the workpiece is too high, it should be roughed in layers with knives of different lengths.
4. After roughing with a large knife, use a small knife to remove the excess material to ensure that the excess is consistent before polishing.
5. Flat-bottomed knives should be used for plane processing, and ball knives should be used less to reduce processing time.
6. When cleaning the corners of copper, first check the R size on the corner, and then determine how big the ball knife should be.
7. The four corners of the plane should be flat.
8. For all integer slopes, use slope knives for processing, such as pipe positions.

9. Before doing each process, think clearly about the remaining excess after the previous process to avoid empty cutting or excessive processing.
10. Try to take simple tool paths, such as contour, grooving, single-sided, and less surrounding height.
11. When doing WCUT, if you can do FINISH, don't do ROUGH.
12. When doing contour polishing, do rough polishing first, then fine polishing. When the workpiece is too high, polish the edge first, then polish the bottom.
13. Set tolerances reasonably to balance processing accuracy and computer calculation time. When roughing, set the tolerance to 1/5 of the allowance, and when polishing, set the tolerance to 0.01.
14. Do more processes to reduce idle time. Do more thinking to reduce the chance of error. Do more auxiliary lines and auxiliary surfaces to improve processing conditions.
15. Establish a sense of responsibility, carefully check each parameter, and avoid rework.
